Gill Runciman

Head of Service Management and Client Relations

Gill has been with PPL since 2016 and, in her role as Service Delivery Manager, is responsible for ensuring effective operation of the platform and managing service aligned to ITIL disciplines, including incident management, availability, capacity and service levels etc. Starting out in underwriting and then moving to IT, Gill has worked in the (re)insurance market for almost 20 years, including roles at Hiscox, Aspen and Gen Re.

When not working, Gill enjoys travelling, social events and is known to be a bit of a shopaholic!
