What are the IT requirements?
PPL is a web-based platform. Wherever you have internet, you have access to PPL: anytime, anywhere.
PPL is supported on the following web browsers:
- MICROSOFT EDGE
- FIREFOX
- GOOGLE CHROME
- SAFARI
As these desktop internet browsers are considered “evergreen” and updated on a constant basis by their respective vendors, the solution will work with the latest stable version of each browser.
Internet Explorer 11 will NOT be supported by the PPL Next Gen platform owing to it no longer being supported by Microsoft post June 2022. Microsoft recommends all Internet Explorer 11 users upgrade to the latest version of Edge.
In addition to PC browsers, it has been optimised and tested on tablets orientated in landscape mode, with a minimum resolution of 1024 pixels.
