PPL is proud to announce the statistics for electronic trading on its platform since going live in July.
Activity in stand-alone terrorism is now rising as the market gets busier ahead of the year-end renewals, and brokers and underwriters become more comfortable with the platform. This is evidenced by the fact that we now have 12 brokers and 56 carriers on the platform, and in the first three weeks of October, more risks were bound than in the previous three months.
PPL is proud to announce the statistics for electronic trading on its platform since going live in July:
- Over 350 firm orders electronically bound by mid-October;
- Over 500 electronic endorsements agreed on the platform; and
- More than 200 users logged onto the platform each week.
Weekly open-house style demonstrations have proven to be a very popular way for market colleagues to see the PPL Platform in real-time. The sessions have been well attended and the feedback has been very positive so PPL will continue with weekly events.
If you haven’t yet had an opportunity to see the platform, PPL would be delighted to invite you to come and see a demonstrations to build your understanding of how PPL will support your face-to-face trading, leading to efficiencies and a reduced cost base in the London Market.
