Market Readiness
We will be sending out a form next week for your completion and return to assist PPL in understanding readiness.
The responses to this questionnaire will be stored by PPL for tracking and support purposes. They will be shared internally at PPL, with our governance committees and market Associations to assist with cutover activities.
The following subset of answers will be shared on the PPL website to give your market colleagues visibility of your cutover intentions: –
- Company name
- MUA signed (y/n)
- Cutover date (brokers only)
- Ready to trade (y/n – this will be determined by your answer on whether users have been trained)
- Contact name for any queries on cutover plans
Market User Agreement (MUA)
The MUA has been sent out to all customers, via DocuSign, good response so far with signed copies already returned to PPL.
Uploading risks
Broker’s ability to upload risks. We are looking to recommence, following defect fixes, next week, initially with 1 broker firm. The tool will then be made available to those brokers who want to use it.
Training
The LMS (Learning Management System) is available. So far, 631 users from 128 organisations have used the LMS.
Quarter 2 training schedules are being loaded alongside 16 new videos – available in the LMS from Tuesday 14th February.
The platform for train-the-trainers will be available at the end of February.

Single Sign-On (SSO)
Has your IT Dept configured your Single Sign-On (SSO) and checked your firewalls for Next Gen?

PPL has a 5-day SLA for SSO set-up and/or a technical discussion. The 5-day period starts from receipt of your completed SSO template.
