Darren is our Lead Client Relationship Manager. He is responsible for the implementation and delivery of PPL’s Client Engagement Strategy and works closely with the overall Client Services team.

Before joining PPL, Darren worked in Underwriting, Claims Management and Business Development for Chubb, Canopius and AmTrust. Three years prior to joining PPL, Darren formed part of Velonetic’s Leadership within the Customer Success & Growth Team.

Darren is a qualified chef and is chairperson of his youngest daughter’s swimming club. He also likes to cycle, travel and spend time with his family.
